Una foto con Fox
Vicente Fox, former president of Mexico, came to the Harvard Kennedy School to address the opening speech for the Ash Institute Conference on Governance. I had the honor to be part of the student organization team that also brought a couple of dozen Latin American Mayors to a preliminary conference about local governments. Here a picture with Mr. Fox during the cocktail.
